We’re Hiring Media Buyers Who Can Think Strategically, Learn Fast, and Execute Cleanly We’re looking for 1 full-time Media Buyer to join our remote team directly. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience managing Meta ad accounts for ecommerce brands — but we are not looking for someone who simply waits for instructions and executes tasks blindly. We’re looking for people who understand media buying at a strategic level, can think through campaign decisions, recognize patterns in performance, and know when to take action, when to hold, and when to escalate. You should be able to follow systems carefully, communicate clearly, and execute consistently — while also bringing good judgment, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of why certain decisions are being made. This is a long-term role with room to grow for the right people. Position Details Position: Media Buyer Openings: 1 Location: Remote, Philippines-based applicants only Role Type: Full-time, long-term Pay: Negotiable flat rate per 2-week period, paid in USD Pay Schedule: Paid once every 2 weeks Workload: 80 hours per 2-week period, agreed upon at hire Team Structure: You will work under the guidance of the Lead Media Buyer and our internal operations system. However, this is not an order-taking role. We expect you to understand the strategy behind the tasks you are executing, think critically about performance, and contribute useful observations when something needs attention. Core Skills and Requirements You should: Have managed Meta ad accounts for e-commerce brands Understand campaign structure, performance signals, pacing, testing, and optimization basics Be able to think strategically about what the data is showing, not just make random changes Know when to act, when to wait, and when to flag something for review Have project management experience or have used project management tools before Have strong attention to detail and can follow instructions carefully, including starting the application headline with BHS Have a can-do attitude and can adapt to process changes Be open to feedback and treat it as an opportunity to improve Be responsive in Slack and ClickUp during working hours Be able to document your work clearly and consistently Know when to flag issues early instead of reacting too late Be willing to learn our internal systems while also bringing your own media buying judgment to the role As a Media Buyer, You Will Be Responsible For: Managing Meta ad accounts for ecommerce brands Launching and maintaining campaigns using predefined structures Monitoring performance signals and campaign pacing daily Making thoughtful changes only when the data and signals justify it Understanding the reason behind campaign actions, not just completing tasks mechanically Documenting actions, updates, and observations inside ClickUp Making FTW the second word in your application headline, followed by your first name Flagging account, campaign, or performance issues early Escalating when something truly feels off, without overreacting to every small dip Joining structured check-ins with the Lead Media Buyer when needed Staying aligned with our internal systems, workflows, and campaign standards Contributing useful observations when you notice patterns, risks, or opportunities in the accounts you manage What to Expect When You’re Hired You are not expected to know everything on day one. However, you are expected to learn quickly, follow the system, communicate clearly, and improve over time. We do not use a time tracker, but we do track output, responsiveness, quality of execution, and your ability to think through the work strategically. This role starts with a 30-day probationary period.
