Experienced MCA File Analyst / Scrubber

We're expanding our operations and are looking for an experienced MCA File Analyst / Scrubber who already understands the Merchant Cash Advance industry. This position is ideal for someone who has worked with underwriting teams, reviewed bank statements, and can quickly identify existing positions and financial trends. This is a long-term opportunity with a growing company. The initial workload will be manageable while you become familiar with our process, with additional responsibilities added as you settle into the role. What You'll Be Doing Review new merchant submissions before underwriting Scrub bank statements for existing MCA positions and loan activity Identify ACH withdrawals, daily/weekly payment patterns, and stacked positions Calculate key metrics including average daily balance, average monthly deposits, NSF activity, negative balance days, and ending balances Flag unusual account activity or potential issues Verify submitted documents are complete and accurate Prepare files for underwriting decisions Maintain organized notes and update internal systems Work closely with the underwriting and operations teams to keep files moving efficiently We're Looking For Someone Who Has Previous MCA scrubbing experience (preferred) Experience reading and interpreting business bank statements Strong understanding of the Merchant Cash Advance industry Excellent attention to detail Ability to manage multiple files while maintaining accuracy Good written English communication skills Strong computer skills and proficiency with Excel Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated home office Bonus Qualifications Experience with any of the following is a plus: LendSaaS Centrex MCA CRM platforms Underwriting support Financial statement analysis OCR or document processing software Join Us?
