What You’ll Do

- Scope legal transcripts for accuracy and completeness

- Apply correct legal terminology, formatting, grammar, and punctuation

- Meet deadlines and maintain consistent quality

What You Need

- 2+ years recent verbatim legal transcription/scoping/court reporting experience

- Strong knowledge of legal formats + terminology

- Ability to produce 300+ pages per week

- Excellent attention to detail

- Must live in the United States

- MAXScribe experience preferred

Technical Requirements

- Intel i5 or better or AMD Ryzen 5 or above (minimum 2GHz)

- 250 GB hard drive or larger

- 12 GB RAM minimum (16 GB recommended)

- Windows 10 version 22H2 or Windows 11

- Sound card with speakers or stereo headphones

- Monitor resolution 1920 x 1080 or higher

- Internet speed at least 25 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload

- Macintosh computers are not supported
