EXPERIENCED Cold Caller – Vacant Land Acquisitions

Hi there, We are looking for a motivated and professional, full-time Virtual Assistant Cold Caller to join our growing real estate investment company that specializes in buying and selling vacant land. You will contact vacant land owners via outbound cold calls to gauge their interest in receiving a cash offer for their property. WHAT THE JOB ENTAILS -Make high-volume outbound cold calls daily using Mojo Dialer to vacant land owners. -Follow our provided cold calling script while naturally asking qualifying questions and handling objections. -Accurately document call outcomes, owner details, and notes in our CRM/system. -Identify motivated sellers and immediately schedule a follow-up call with our Acquisitions Manager using Calendly. -Maintain a positive, professional, and confident demeanor on every call. -Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and appointment-setting targets. PREFERRED (Not Required) -Native English speaker (or equivalent). -Previously lived in the United States. -Experience with Mojo Dialer (or similar power dialer) and Calendly is a big plus.
