EXPERIENCE CLOUD CONSULTANT - SALESFORCE

This is a remote position.

BFCG is seeking an Experience Cloud Consultant to help clients build customer, partner, and employee portals that enhance engagement, self-service, and collaboration experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions

- Design customer and partner portal experiences

- Configure user access, permissions, and security controls

- Develop self-service and community engagement solutions

- Gather business requirements and create solution designs

- Support integrations with enterprise platforms

- Conduct user training and solution dem​onstrations

Requirements

- 5–8+ years Salesforce consulting experience

- Experience implementing Experience Cloud solutions

- Strong understanding of portal and community architecture

- Knowledge of Salesforce security and access models
