You'll be my second brain for everything outside the core operations my existing team already runs. What you'll own Calendar and inbox triage β€” protecting my focus time, surfacing what matters, handling the rest Travel booking across multiple countries β€” flights, hotels, restaurants, ground transport, full itineraries Personal research and purchasing β€” finding the right product, vendor, service, or provider in whichever city I'm in Personal admin β€” appointments, subscriptions, recurring tasks, document organization Light business overflow β€” CRM hygiene, light project coordination, simple data entry, vendor follow-ups Anything I need handled that doesn't require a specialist Who you are 2+ years experience as a VA or EA for a founder, executive, or high-output entrepreneur Native-level English β€” your email s should sound like mine, not like a template Highly proactive β€” you ask once, take notes, and don't ask the same thing twice Comfortable with ambiguity β€” I'll often tell you the outcome I want, not the steps Discreet with personal and financial information Fast with Google Workspace, Notion, Slack; able to learn new tools quickly Reliable internet and a backup plan when it fails Nice to have (not required) Travel booking experience across multiple countries Familiarity with GoHighLevel, AdsPower, or basic CRM tools Marketing or agency exposure How to apply Send me: 1. A 60–90 second Loom intro β€” who you are, why this role fits you, and one example of a personal-life problem you solved for a past employer 2. Answer this in your application: What's the first thing you'd do in your first week to make my life easier, knowing only what's in this post? Put the word ORCHID at the top of your application so I know you read this carefully. Applications without it will be ignored.
