ERP Business Analyst

Remote position within Poland

You will join a long-term ERP maintenance and evolution program supporting a live Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solution. You will contribute to incident analysis, enhancements, and continuous improvement in an international environment.
What you will do

- Analyse and resolve functional incidents

- Gather new business requirements and propose improvements

- Support maintenance and evolution of ERP processes

- Collaborate with support, development, and business teams

- Ensure alignment with global ERP standards

- Contribute to updates and releases

Mandatory:

- +5 years of experience as Business Analyst

- Strong knowledge of Finance processes

- Experience in ERP environments (implementation or maintenance)

- Fluent English and Polish

Nice to have:

- Experience with Dynamics 365 or other Microsoft ERP solutions

- Experience as Functional Consultant

- Experience in support/Run environments
