Epic Certified PB / PB Claims Analyst - Remote - San Diego, CA
We are partnered with a wonderful organization seeking a skilled Epic Professional Billing (PB) / PB Claims Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, revenue cycle application knowledge, and hands-on experience supporting professional billing and claims workflows. This role is critical in ensuring seamless functionality of Epic's PB and Claims modules, supporting both break/fix issues and application enhancements.
This is a remote, long-term, two-year engagement supporting a healthcare organization's Epic environment. The role is salaried only.
Must be available to work Pacific Time (West Coast) business hours and participate in a rotating on-call support schedule.
What will I be doing?
- Collaborate as a member of the Epic analyst team, providing developer-level support
- Apply deep understanding of professional billing and claims applications to optimize system performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve break/fix issues within the PB and Claims modules
- Implement application enhancements to improve efficiency, compliance, and user experience
- Work effectively within an established team structure, contributing to shared goals
- Partner with the manager to prioritize tasks and deliverables
What requirements do I need?
- Epic PB Certification
- Experience with PB Claims workflows and revenue cycle application support
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex billing and claims issues
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to team success
