We are actively seeking an Enterprise QA Automation Engineer. This is a remote position and can be based anywhere in Brazil.
Position Summary

The Enterprise QA Automation Engineer is responsible for ensuring the quality, stability, and compliance of enterprise applications, including ServiceNow and Salesforce, as well as Mendix client portal and ERP-integrated platforms. This role supports the full testing lifecycle by designing and executing functional, regression, integration, and automated testing strategies.

The position plays a critical role in validating system changes, supporting release readiness, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements. The QA Engineer works closely with development, business, and release management teams to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions across enterprise platforms and to drive continuous improvement in quality practices.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute testing strategies aligned with enterprise change and release processes.

Define and drive test strategy based on risk, business impact, and system complexity.

Assess testing scope and prioritize testing activities using a risk-based approach.

Design, document, and execute functional, regression, and integration test cases.

Develop and maintain automated test scripts using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).

Validate Salesforce configurations, workflows, and integrations, including understanding the impact of Apex-based logic.

Perform end-to-end testing across integrated systems, including ServiceNow, Salesforce, and third-party platforms.

Validate data integrity across systems and ensure accuracy of data flows between integrated platforms.

Execute and validate regression testing to ensure changes do not impact existing functionality.

Identify, document, and track defects and work with development teams to ensure resolution.

Partner with development and business teams early in the lifecycle to identify quality risks and prevent defects.

Ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, and test evidence for audit readiness.

Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by coordinating with business users and validating outcomes.

Perform post-deployment validation (PVT) to confirm successful implementation in production.

Execute testing across multiple environments (Development, Test, Production) and support release coordination activities.

Ensure all testing activities are documented with appropriate evidence for audit and compliance purposes.

Support SOX compliance by validating IT general controls (ITGC) and maintaining audit-ready test documentation.

Track and report quality metrics, including defect trends, test coverage, and release readiness indicators.

Participate in change management and CAB processes to assess testing readiness and risk.
