teams, and implement engineering best practices—all while respecting and supporting our
existing architecture and dev culture.

- Review PRs, guide junior developers, and enforce quality via GitHub

- Coordinate outsourced and internal teams across backend, frontend, and mobile

- Create and maintain technical documentation in Google Doc / Clickup

- Own 1–2 microservices (auth, notifications, etc.) within the first 8 weeks

- Support the Product Manager in grooming features and creating tech tasks

- Ensure proper backups, deployments, rollback plans, and SOPs are in place

- Suggest and implement performance improvements and DevOps enhancements

- Support platform stability and security by defining and auditing standards💻 Our Stack
