Key Responsibilities

Hands-On Development: Collaborate with the team to design, build, and deploy robust APIs and frontends for iOS, Android, and web platforms, delivering high-quality solutions across multiple devices.

Team Leadership: Lead by example, offering mentorship and guidance to developers, while fostering an environment that encourages growth and innovation within the team.

Translate Requirements: Work closely with stakeholders to transform business needs into practical technical solutions that deliver real value.

Fintech Product Expertise: Utilize your experience in building payment software to ensure the development of secure, compliant, and scalable solutions.

Blockchain & Cryptocurrency: Apply your in-depth knowledge of blockchain technologies and digital assets to design products that align with industry best practices.

DevOps Contribution: Participate in continuous integration, deployment, and cloud infrastructure, ensuring the tech stack is agile, scalable, and efficient.
Required Skills & Experience

Proven Track Record in delivering successful financial or fintech products, with a strong understanding of the fintech ecosystem.

Frontend Development: Expertise in React, Vue, Expo, and other front-end frameworks for iOS, Android, and web development.

Backend Fundamentals: Solid understanding of server-side development, including serverless architecture, API development, and deployment and integration.

Blockchain & Crypto Experience working on blockchain and cryptocurrency projects, with the ability to translate complex technical aspects into functional products.

Agile Development Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile frameworks, promoting collaborative teamwork and flexibility in project management.

DevOps Expertise with hands-on experience in implementing best practices for continuous delivery and integration.

Leadership Experience managing frontend developers, backend developers, DevOps, and UX designers, ensuring efficient team collaboration and execution.

Excellent Communication Skills with the ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to Have:
- Interest or knowledge in DLT technologies, such as Hedera and XRP Ledger.
- Experience or awareness in cybersecurity, enhancing the security and integrity of the developed systems.
