Position: Emergency Medicine Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $130–$180/hour
Location: Remote
Duration: Ongoing, reviewed monthly
Commitment: 20+ hours/week
Role Responsibilities

- Design clinically realistic prompts and scenarios from Emergency Medicine practice, including triage and procedural sedation.

- Write "golden" reference responses at attending-level quality for clinical scenarios.

- Grade AI-generated responses using structured rubrics to ensure evidence-based standards.

- Provide written feedback to the research team to improve model behavior and outputs.

- Participate in onboarding office hours and specialty calibration sessions for alignment.

Qualifications

Must-Have

- Board-certified attending physicians with current, active, unrestricted medical license.

- Final-year resident physicians or recent graduates who are board-eligible.

- Fellows who are board-certified/board-eligible in primary specialty with active, unrestricted medical license.

Start Date
- Rolling start after onboarding sign-off.
