ECC Junior After-school Care Operations Assistant / Instructor

We are recruiting staff for "ECC Mirai After School," a new after-school care program managed by ECC. Main duties include supporting school operations and leading lessons. 【Specific Duties】 ・In charge of English lessons and "Mirai-ryoku" lessons (inquiry-based learning) ・Homework support ・Supervising children's behavior in the classroom ・Classroom management and administrative support ・Pick-up / escort support from elementary schools to the classroom (on foot, public transportation) ・Parent/guardian communication, handling simple inquiries ・Sharing reports ・Business reporting to the School Director 【Requirements】 ・Basic PC skills (Email sending/receiving, Word/Excel) ・Basic English proficiency ・Ability to prioritize children's safety and complete tasks with a sense of responsibility ・Those with a strong interest in, or practical experience (including part-time jobs and volunteering) in education, childcare, or child-related work are welcome 【Working Hours (Prescribed Working Hours) 】 Shift system: ・Tuesday through Saturday (From 1 day a week, 4 hours/day OK) ・Weekdays: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM Saturdays: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM *Up to a maximum of 35 hours per week *Work days and hours are negotiable *Adjustable between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM during long vacation periods such as summer school 【Salary】 ① Lesson Hourly Wage: 1,520 yen ② After-school Care Duty: 1,400 yen ③ Training Attendance: 1,230 yen *For ① and ②, pay raises are possible from the 2nd year onward, considering performance and experience 【Benefits & Welfare】 ① Comprehensive training system ② ECC Group employee discount system available ③ Social insurance fully covered ④ Paid leave available ⑤ Various leave/absence systems available (condolence, prenatal/postnatal, childcare, nursing care) *Applicability of ③ and ④ varies depending on individual prescribed working hours. 【Location】 ECC Mirai after school Minami-Kasai (Minami-Kasai) 6-8-10,Minami-Kasai, Edogawa-ku 【Contract Period】 September 2026 – March 31, 2027 (Renewable annually thereafter) 【Selection Process】 Document screening ↓ Recruitment Examination (60–90 min): Interview and written test (English, Japanese, Math) ↓ Notification of results ↓ Part-time Instructor Contract: Training participation ↓ Start of employment 【Required Documents Prior to Joining】 (1) Resume (with photo attached) (2) Certificate of items stated in resident register OR copy of Alien Registration Certificate (3) Application for Exemption for Dependents of Salary Earner (If our company is your primary workplace) (4) Health certificate (5) Copy of photo ID (Driver's license, passport, etc.) (6) Copy of official document confirming Personal Identification Number (My Number) (7) Other documents deemed necessary by the company *Applicants who pass the document screening will be contacted sequentially starting August 17th.
