About the Role We are hiring a fast, highly accurate, and reliable eBay Order Fulfillment Specialist. Your main focus is placing customer orders correctly and handling out-of-stock supplier issues quickly. Key Responsibilities Place Orders: Accurately purchase items from designated suppliers for incoming eBay orders. Track Orders: Monitor shipments to confirm successful dispatch and delivery. Alternative Sourcing: If a supplier is out of stock, quickly find an exact matching product from another seller. Requirements Proven Experience: Direct experience in eBay order fulfillment. Speed & Accuracy: Fast learner who works quickly without making order errors. Work Ethic: Strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, and dependable. CST Hours: Must work 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM US CST. Infrastructure: 100% stable internet and reliable power setup (must have back-ups for outages).
