About the job: Key Responsibilities: 1. Match products based on color, pattern, and style to create visually consistent pairs. 2. Ensure products are compatible for the same use case and customer needs. 3. Review product metadata, including gender, price segment, and seasonality, to ensure accurate recommendations. 4. Maintain clean and structured product matching data in line with brand and category guidelines. 5. Research new product categories to understand product differences and identify the best matches. Bachelor's degree in any discipline. - 2. Experience in search relevancy, product categorization, e-commerce content moderation, or data annotation. - 3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly learn technical product categories. - 4. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify subtle differences in style, quality, and price positioning. - 5. Comfortable working with large datasets and high-volume SKU catalogs while maintaining accuracy. - 6. Intermediate (B1) or higher proficiency in English for understanding technical documentation and product attributes.
