Dynamics 365 CRM Tester
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented D365 CE/FO Tester to lead and execute testing efforts across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (CE) and Finance (FO) platforms. This role requires hands-on experience with both manual and automated testing, and a strong understanding of business processes and system integrations. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a SAFe Agile environment and have a passion for quality assurance, continuous improvement, and emerging technologies such as AI-driven testing .
Essential Functions:
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans including functional, regression, integration, performance, and UAT testing.
- Manage and execute manual and automated test cases using tools like Azure DevOps, AccelQ, Selenium, and other
- frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure quality delivery.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and align testing efforts with SAFe principles.
- Document defects, test results, and maintain detailed logs.
- Support end-user testing and provide walkthroughs of features.
- Leverage AI-based testing tools to enhance coverage and efficiency.
- Continuously improve test automation processes and coverage.
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 4+ years of software testing experience, including manual and automated testing.
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and/or Finance.
- Familiarity with AI-driven testing tools and methodologies.
- Experience with test management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, ALM Octane).
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Sales (CE)
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Experience working within the SAFe framework
Preferred Experience
- SAFe certification (e.g., SAFe Tester)
- Experience in integrated environments involving CE and F&O data exchange.
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 modules and Finance processes.
- Background in project management, change management, or business analytics.
- Candidates located in the Washington, DC metro area or Chicago are preferred.
