The SeniorTechnical Analyst will be responsible for service delivery andprojectdeliverableswithin the globalinfrastructure environment. This rolewill identify gaps, needs, and lead improvement efforts toimprove service delivery. This role will beconsidered a subject matter expert(SME) in one or more keytechnologies under theinfrastructuredomain.Itis expected that this role will operate independently, solve complex problems, and fulfill requestswith minimal supervision.

YOUR IMPACT

- Responsiblefor supporting ongoing medium tohigh complexity maintenance,Run-the-Business(RTB) support, and Incident ServiceRequestsofthe assigned global infrastructurearea.

- Provide solutions for bothRTBandproject efforts ofmediumto high complexity.

- Serveasa projectresourceon application and infrastructureproject efforts representingfunctional capabilities.

- Assist withgathering requirements, creating recommendations, andimplementingsolutionstomeet theprojectrequirements.

- Provide knowledge sharing, asrecognized SME, inefforts such aswriting complex knowledgearticles, relationship development withother Information Technology (IT) staff, mentoring, and jobshadowing.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor’sdegree in ComputerScience,Information Systems, orequivalent.

- Five(5)or more yearsofexperienceinInformation Technology, orin a related area.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Relevantindustry related certifications.

- InformationTechnology experience within the manufacturingindustry.

- Ability to effectively communicate.

- Ability toworkin a team environment.

- Strong organizational skills withexceptional follow throughandattentionto detail.

- Strong time-management and prioritization skills, abletomulti-taskandprioritize competing requirements and meet deadlines.

- Ability toworkin a fast-paced environment where requirements are constantly changing.

- Experience and proficiency with various web-based software applications including Microsoft Office Word,Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint,etc.
