DM Setter

We run marketing and client acquisition for Champions Blueprint, a coaching brand led by Des, a career-driven women's fat loss coach with a background in wealth management at Morgan Stanley. Our audience is ambitious, career-focused women looking for a data-driven, no-fluff approach to fat loss. We're growing fast and need a sharp, reliable appointment setter to manage inbound conversations and book qualified calls. What You'll Do Manage Instagram DM conversations generated through our ManyChat automation and paid ad funnels Qualify leads who respond to keyword triggers (e.g. RESULTS, PROVE IT, SERIOUS, BREAKDOWN, MINDSET, INVEST, FAMILY, NUTRITION) and move them through a structured conversation flow Build rapport and trust with prospects in Des's brand voice — analytical, data-driven, and credible Handle objections and answer common questions about the program Book qualified prospects onto sales calls and confirm/remind appointments Log lead status, notes, and outcomes accurately in our tracking system Follow up with warm leads who haven't booked yet Collaborate with our team lead (Keith) on setter SOPs, testimonial collection, and DM best practices What We're Looking For Prior experience as an appointment setter, DM closer, or sales chat rep (fitness/coaching industry experience is a strong plus) Excellent written English — able to sound natural, warm, and professional over text Comfortable following scripts while still sounding human and adapting to conversation flow Familiarity with Instagram DMs, ManyChat, or similar chat/CRM tools (or a fast learner) Highly organized, responsive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision Reliable internet connection and ability to be online during required hours Bonus: experience with women's fitness, weight loss, or wellness coaching audiences What We Offer Competitive pay with performance-based bonuses for booked/showed appointments Long-term, stable role with a growing brand Clear SOPs, scripts, and training provided — you won't be figuring this out alone Opportunity to grow into a larger role as the team scales To Apply Please include: Your experience with appointment setting or DM sales (fitness/coaching preferred) A short writing sample or past DM script you've used Your available hours and timezone
