Dispatch Coordinator - Work Orders & Customer Service (Email)

Fast Vacuum Repair (Makro Supply LLC) is a vacuum repair company based in Houston, Texas. We manage a nationwide network of field technicians. Partner companies send us repair requests, we assign a technician, the technician does the work, and we close the job out. (BQO data entry) Dispatch is our control center. Every job in the company flows through it. We are hiring a Dispatch Coordinator to run that flow: take in work requests, create the work order, assign the right technician, and keep everyone updated until the job is finished. If you are organized, calm under pressure, and you like the feeling of nothing falling through the cracks, this is your job. SCHEDULE AND PAY Type: Full Time, long term Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday Schedule: Houston Texas time 7am- 3PM Salary: $[ ---------- ] USD per month Payment: Wise, paid (bi-weekly) Note: We serve customers across multiple US time zones.
