PrudentialisseekinganexperiencedandstrategicunderwritingleadertojoinourGroupInsuranceorganizationasa Director,GroupUnderwriting .Inthisrole,youwillleadaregionalteamresponsibleforunderwritingandriskmanagementacrossourPremierandNationalAccountssegments.
The Director will oversee a portfolio of complex group insurance business while driving profitable growth, retention, and risk management outcomes. This leader willpartnercloselywithDistribution,Actuarial,Claims,Product,andotherbusinessstakeholderstodevelopmarketstrategies,optimizeunderwritingperformance,andensureconsistentexecutionacrossadiverseportfolioofclients.
Successinthisrolerequiresacombinationofstrongtechnicalunderwritingexpertise,strategicbusinessleadership,talentdevelopmentcapabilities,andtheabilitytoinfluencedecisionsacrossadynamicandevolvingmarketplace.
