Direct Response Video Editor for E-Commerce Brands (Meta Ads)

We’re looking for a highly skilled and reliable video editor who understands video ad creatives for e-commerce brands. Specifically Meta/Facebook ads that are built to convert. You should already have experience creating high-performing ad creatives such as: * AI voiceover ads * AI UGC-style ads * VSLs * Short-form direct response creatives optimized for paid social This is a long-term opportunity for someone who is proactive, communicates clearly, and can consistently deliver strong creatives with minimal revisions needed. What You’ll Be Doing: * Editing direct response video ads for Meta/Facebook campaigns * Creating AI-enhanced creatives using tools like ElevenLabs, HeyGen, and Higgsfield * Turning scripts, hooks, and raw assets into compelling conversion-focused ads * Producing multiple creative variations and iterations quickly * Collaborating with our team on ad concepts, messaging angles, and creative improvements * Maintaining organized project files and efficient turnaround times * Communicating daily regarding progress, updates, and deliverables Requirements: * Proven experience creating direct response video ads for e-commerce brands * Strong understanding of Meta ad creative best practices * Experience using: * ElevenLabs * HeyGen * Higgsfield * High proficiency with editing software such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, Final Cut, or similar * Ability to create engaging pacing, hooks, captions, and retention-focused edits * Sourcing clips from social media to use for B-Roll * Strong English communication skills * Fast turnaround times and responsiveness * Ability to follow creative direction while also bringing new ideas proactively * Detail-oriented with a high standard for quality control Bonus Points: * Experience scaling winning ad creatives * Copywriting instincts for ad scripting and hooks Please Apply With: * Your resume and relevant experience * List of 3 brands that you’ve edited for * Brief explanation of your role in each project * A short paragraph explaining why you’re a great fit * Include the word “pineapple” somewhere in your application so we know you read the full posting We’re looking to build a long-term relationship with someone dependable, skilled, and easy to work with.
