Digital Production Associate

We are looking for a detail-oriented Digital Production Associate to support our Digital Operations team. The role involves managing sponsored email newsletters, website content publishing, digital advertising operations, sales support requests, and assisting with AI-powered workflow automation. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple digital platforms.
Responsibilities
- Build and deploy sponsored email newsletters using email marketing platforms such as Sailthru.
- Publish and manage sponsored content in WordPress.
- Perform basic Ad Operations tasks within Google Ad Manager.
- Monitor and manage the Digital team inbox.
- Coordinate with the Sales team to collect required assets and campaign materials.
- Track project requests and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Work alongside a custom AI agent that manages inbox requests and workflows.
- Assist in training and improving the AI agent’s tagging and response accuracy.
- Support digital campaign execution and reporting as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of digital production activities.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience using WordPress.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as Sailthru, Mailchimp, or similar systems.
- Familiarity with Google Ad Manager.
- Knowledge of social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook/Meta, and TikTok.
- Understanding of sponsored content, digital advertising, and online marketing.
- Experience working with AI-powered tools or workflow automation systems.
