The Digital Product Coordinator is responsible for managing and optimising product imagery, technical drawings, and digital assets across all platforms within a 20-year-old, market-leading omni-channel retail business. This role supports cross-functional teams by coordinating with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure content accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards.
Working within a fast-growing, technology-leading organisation with an amazing team culture, the role plays a key part in delivering a seamless and engaging digital customer experience. Key tasks include editing styled imagery, organising asset folders, updating packaging design, and enhancing visual content to improve the overall customer experience.
The successful candidate will contribute to maintaining high-quality digital product content while helping the business continue to innovate and strengthen its position as a market leader in omni-channel retail.
The Role:
The Digital Product Coordinator is responsible for managing and optimizing product imagery, technical drawings, and digital assets across all platforms. This role supports cross-functional teams by coordinating with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure content accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards. Key tasks include editing styled imagery, organizing asset folders, updating packaging design, and enhancing visual content to improve the overall customer experience.
What you'll be doing:
* Manage the imagery of new products from overseas and local suppliers across all platforms. Make sure that product imagery is optimized for site performance and up to Life Interiors’ standard.
* Edit and manage styled imagery
* Liaise with internal and external key stakeholders to collate product imagery.
* Own product technical drawings and specifications.
* Create technical drawings for website uploads according to measurements provided by our suppliers.
* Report progress in daily scrum meetings.
* Work closely with the buying division to schedule image uploads according to the buying schedule, on Life Interiors’ main website and other sub-brands sites.
* Perform product image uploads.
* Manage and maintain the imagery folder, ensure that images are saved in the correct folder.
* Optimize video content for the product page and homepage.
* Updating and creating new packaging design
* In-box print marketing
About you:
* Adobe Photoshop
* Adobe Illustrator
* In-design
* Premier
* After effects
A huge plus if you know the following software:
3D Max
Sketch-up
* Multi-tasker - can manage time in completing task
* Has the ability to complete at least 100 or more images a day
* Can manipulate deep etch or lifestyle images
* Can create packaging cartons, and other label packaging prints
* Great work ethics
* Can easily follow instructions
* Focused and disciplined

*Salary offered: TBD depending on experience
