Job Description ROLE OBJECTIVE - Serve as the business and product partner forthePricingDomain, shaping how digital andAI‑enabledproducts enableoptimal,compliantand consistently executed pricing decisions across marketsin close alignment with the Digital Access & Pricing Sen. Lead. - The role is accountable for defining pricing product strategy,outcomesand roadmaps within the mAI Access ecosystem and ensuring solutions deliver measurable improvements in pricing quality,transparencyand execution effectiveness. - Acts as the strategic anchor between Pricing leadersand DD&T delivery teams,retainingstrong oversight of delivery while maintaining a clearproduct‑managementfocus. KEYACCOUNTABILITIES - Own the product vision and roadmap for Pricing Strategy and Pricing Operations digital capabilities within mAI Access. - Partnerand prioritisewith Pricing leaders to shape future pricing capabilities , informed by business priorities and regulatory realities. - Set clear outcome ‑ basedpriorities for embedded Product Owners and delivery teams. - Ensure pricing solutions are fit ‑ for ‑ purpose, auditable and compliant , aligned to governance and policy expectations. - Maintain accountability for value realisation , including decision quality, execution efficiency, complianceadherenceandcycle‑timeimprovements. - Oversee delivery progress through governance forums, milestonecheckpointsand KPI reviews. - Shape rollout models and adoption strategies across markets, acknowledging local constraints. - Represent Pricing product priorities in portfolio ‑ leveltrade ‑ offsand investment discussions within mAI Access. DESIRED BEHAVIOUR - Demonstrates rigour and judgement ,appropriate tothe sensitivity of pricing topics. - Acts as a calm and credible partner to senior pricing stakeholders. - Drives clarity in complex environments withoutover‑controllingdelivery. - Holds teams accountable to outcomes while enabling autonomy in execution. - Sees pricing as a system and workflow problem , not just a tool problem. COMPETENCIES andEXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS - Experience in digital product management, programmedeliveryor business analysis , ideally within Pricing, Market Access or commercial operations in pharma or healthcare. - Solid understanding of global and local pricing strategy and operations , including price setting, governance, international reference pricing, and launch/execution processes. - Demonstrated ability to lead global digital product development and rollout in complex, highly regulated environments. - High levelof digital,dataand AI fluency , with the ability to partner effectively with technical teams to deliver practical solutions. - Experience working in agile orproduct ‑ ledoperating models , including backlog management and iterative delivery. - Strong background in business transformation or digital product leadership . - Strong stakeholder management skills across global,regionaland local organisations , with confidence engaging senior leaders. - Experience managing external vendors and technology partners . - Proven ability tooperateeffectively in product ‑ ledorganisations . - Bachelor’s or Master’sdegree in life sciences, business, economics,technologyor a related field. - Language: Excellent English skills Locations FIN - Remote Base Salary Range: €80,500.00 - €110,660.00 For information about our benefits, please click here.
