Our portfolio includes Canna Cabana , one of Canada's largest cannabis retail chains, along with leading eCommerce brands including Smoke Cartel, Daily High Club, FAB CBD, NuLeaf Naturals, and more.
We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who loves bringing marketing initiatives to life and thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You'll work across multiple brands and digital channels, supporting email marketing, affiliate growth, paid media, website marketing initiatives, customer insights, and promotional campaigns that reach millions of customers.
Two key areas of focus for this role are email marketing and affiliate marketing. You'll own email campaign calendar management across multiple brands, ensuring timelines stay on track and stakeholders deliver required inputs on schedule. You'll also manage affiliate programs, including partner recruitment, relationship management, campaign coordination, and performance reporting.
In addition, you'll support paid media initiatives, customer surveys, website marketing campaigns, and broader digital marketing projects while working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to help drive growth across the business.
Please note: This is a remote contractor position based in Sรฃo Paulo, Brazil, supporting our North American business operations and working EST hours. High Tide does not operate a physical office in Brazil.
English fluency is required.

Responsibilities
Email Marketing
- Own and maintain email marketing calendars across multiple brands.
- Serve as the primary coordinator for campaign timelines, ensuring dependencies across teams are completed on schedule.
- Coordinate campaign timelines with Category Management, Pricing, Creative, eCommerce, Analytics, and Marketing teams to ensure campaigns are ready for launch.
- Support the planning, QA, scheduling, and deployment of email campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and report on key email marketing KPIs.
- Support promotional, retention, lifecycle, and automated email marketing initiatives.
- Analyze campaign results and recommend opportunities to improve engagement, conversion, and revenue performance.
- Support A/B testing initiatives and ongoing email optimization efforts.
- Maintain campaign documentation and workflows.
Affiliate Marketing
- Manage and grow affiliate marketing programs across multiple brands.
- Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for affiliate partners, publishers, and affiliate networks.
- Maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners and identify opportunities to increase performance.
- Proactively identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners, publishers, influencers, and strategic partnerships
- Coordinate promotional opportunities and campaign execution with affiliate partners.
- Ensure affiliates receive creative assets, campaign details, and promotional calendars on time.
- Monitor affiliate partner performance, revenue contribution, and overall ROI.
- Analyze affiliate performance data and identify opportunities for growth.
- Support affiliate program growth through outreach, relationship building, and promotional opportunities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly affiliate reporting.
Paid Media & Performance Marketing
- Support the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across digital channels.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations to improve ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rates, and revenue.
- Coordinate campaign requirements, audience targeting needs, and creative assets with internal teams and external partners.
