Digital Marketing/Advertising Specialist

This is a remote position.
A dynamic digital agency isseeking a highly experienced Digital Marketing/Advertising Specialist to assist with day-to-day paid social marketing and paid search activities. This role requires expertise in social media advertising and the ability to execute high-level campaigns
Responsibilities : - Manage and optimize paid social marketing campaigns across various platforms.

- Execute and manage paid search campaigns.

- Develop and implement effective digital advertising strategies to achieve business objectives.

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve ROI.

- Collaborate with the team to create compelling ad creatives and copy.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and advertising.

- Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance to stakeholders.
Requirements

- Proven experience in managing and optimizing paid social and search campaigns (minimum of 3 years preferred).

- In-depth knowledge of social media advertising platforms and tools.

- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting.

- Ability to create, manage, and optimize campaigns to achieve specific KPIs.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.

- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager).

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Experience in a digital agency environment.

- Familiarity with other digital marketing channels and strategies.

- Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar is a plus.
