This position is critical for deploying product updates, identifying production issues, and implementing integrations to meet customer needs. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and related tools to reduce deployment costs and increase efficiency. - Implement cost-effective cloud solutions and optimize resource utilization across AWS, Azure, and GCP platforms. - Manage code deployments, fixes, updates, and related processes across multiple environments to ensure high availability and reliability for end-users. - Collaborate with customer-facing teams to understand user requirements and provide technical solutions that enhance customer satisfaction. - Oversee automated testing to ensure system reliability, scalability, and security, reducing downtime and enhancing system performance. - Work closely with development teams to integrate new deployment processes and resolve configuration issues quickly and efficiently. - Utilize containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes to streamline development and production environments. - Implement robust monitoring and logging solutions to proactively identify and resolve production issues. - Develop and maintain documentation for CI/CD processes, deployment guidelines, and operational procedures. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continually improve DevOps practices and processes. - Participate in training and certification programs to enhance skills and knowledge in cloud platforms and DevOps tools. - Mentor and train junior team members to build a strong DevOps culture within the organization. - Engage in continuous learning opportunities to stay ahead of technological advancements and best practices. Technologies to be Used: - Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Terraform - Docker, Kubernetes - AWS, Azure, GCP - Python, Bash, Ansible Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field. - Certifications in AWS, Azure, or GCP are highly desirable. - Certifications such as Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), Jenkins, or Certified DevOps Professional are advantageous. Knowledge: - Profound knowledge in cloud infrastructure, especially on platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP. - Strong understanding of scripting and automation using tools such as Bash, Python, and Ansible.
