Asia Concierge is a travel design company specializing in the art of travel to Asia. We craft tailor-made itineraries and premium land arrangements for luxury individual travellers, groups, and corporate clients—including Fortune 500 companies—from around the world. Our team is a vibrant mix of passionate professionals dedicated to service excellence, product innovation, and most importantly, loving what we do.
About the Role
We’re seeking passionate, detail-oriented, and culturally curious individuals to join our Japan office as Destination Experience Coordinators (DECs).
Our DECs are the magic-makers behind the scenes—responsible for arranging exceptional on-the-ground experiences for our guests while they travel in Japan. From securing coveted seats at Michelin-starred restaurants to organizing private geisha entertainment at exclusive Gion teahouses, you’ll bring unforgettable moments to life.
Experience in the travel industry is a plus, but not essential. What matters most is finding the right person—someone who is enthusiastic, proactive, eager to learn, and aligned with the spirit of Asia Concierge.
As a fast-growing company, we offer exciting opportunities for long-term career development for the right candidate.

• Execute all client itinerary bookings with suppliers, including guides, restaurants, transportation, and ticket providers
• Ensure all itinerary documentation is accurate and delivered to clients ahead of their arrival
• Liaise directly with clients while they are in Japan, making adjustments where needed
• Build and maintain strong relationships with valued suppliers, while proactively sourcing new partners
• Collaborate with our product team to confirm tour timings, inclusions, and experience quality
• Assist onsite if and when required
What We’re Looking For
• A deep passion for Japan—its culture, people, destinations, and experiences
• Strong communication skills, reliability, and a collaborative mindset
• Exceptional attention to detail and a service-oriented approach
• Creativity, curiosity, and a proactive attitude
• Japanese proficiency equivalent to N1, or native level
