TheRole

You’llassist our solicitors in managing residential and commercial property mattersfrom contract to settlement, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and clientcare.
KeyResponsibilities

- Handleday-to-day tasks across property files (residential and commercial)

- Draftcontracts, transfer documents, and settlement statements

- Liaisewith clients, agents, banks, and other law firms

- Managecritical dates and prepare for settlements (including PEXA)

- Conducttitle searches and maintain accurate file records

YouWill Have

- Atleast 2 years’ experience in a property law or conveyancing support role

- Familiaritywith Queensland property transactions and conveyancing procedure

- Experienceusing PEXA and legal practice software (e.g. Smokeball, LEAP)

- Highattention to detail and excellent organisational skills

- Aprofessional, reliable, and client-focused approach
