Champion Physical Therapy seeks a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Clerk (Entry Level) for a completely remote position. This role supports our operations through accurate, timely data management—enabling our clinical teams to focus on individualized, high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities

Accurately enter and update patient records—including demographics, appointment details, treatment codes, and billing data—into secure digital systems.

Review data for completeness and accuracy, identifying and correcting inconsistencies or errors.

Coordinate with clinical and administrative staff to clarify unclear data or resolve discrepancies.

Maintain organized digital records, ensuring confidential and efficient access for care and billing purposes.

Monitor data submission workflows, flagging missing or delayed entries and proactively following up.

Assist with basic data reporting, compiling information to support operational or audit needs.

Follow established protocols to safeguard data privacy and uphold regulatory standards.

Suggest improvements to data entry processes to help increase efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements

Strong attention to detail and comfort working with digital information systems.

Proficient typing skills and basic computer literacy (e.g., spreadsheets, databases).
