Do you have experience in recruitment? Are you fluent in Danish and thrive when working independently with clear goals? We’re looking for a motivated and ambitious freelance recruiter to join our international team and help connect candidates with exciting job opportunities abroad.
About the Role

As a Danish-speaking International Freelance Recruiter , you’ll play a key role in our international recruitment projects. This is a remote freelance position with a strong focus on performance and independence.

During your first three months, you’ll receive a paid onboarding and training period, where you’ll get hands-on guidance, tools, and support while learning our processes and building your candidate pipeline. After this period, the role continues on a commission basis – with no earning cap.

You should be comfortable dedicating around 30–40 hours per week , as success in this role depends on consistency and commitment.

Responsibilities

- Source and headhunt Danish-speaking candidates for roles abroad

- Source and headhunt candidates in English for various language-based roles

- Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ suitability

- Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process

- Collaborate with the internal team to understand client needs and job profiles

- Manage your own pipeline and work proactively to fill open roles

- Follow up with candidates after placement to ensure smooth onboarding

Requirements

- Fluent in Danish (native or near-native level) and proficient in English

Previous experience in recruitment (agency or international setting preferred)

- Comfortable working in a freelance, commission-based environment

- Skilled in sourcing and headhunting (especially via LinkedIn and social media)

- Self-driven, organised, and able to work independently

- Passionate about helping people take the leap to work abroad
