Key Responsibilities

You’ll work under the close guidance of your CX Lead to help provide outstanding support to our customers around the world.

- Answering client's inquiries

- Addressing issues with the orders and product inquiries via customer interface platform and from Facebook and email.

- Tracking Shipments and backend shipping inquiries

- General Research

- Updating addresses and client information

Hard / Technical Skills

Language: Must be fluent in English and can convey key conversational points concisely.

Shift Timing :Availability to work weekends or having split-offs
