Customer Support Specialist

This is a remote position. We are seeking a client-focused Customer Support Specialist with experience in real estate transaction coordination to deliver exceptional onboarding and ongoing support to our clients. This role combines customer service, technical know-how, and real estate process understanding to drive platform engagement and client satisfaction.
