Website: IDEA VENTURE STUDIO Location: Remote Status: Full-time Role Summary As a Customer Success & Onboarding Specialist, your role is to ensure that newly signed partners successfully launch and start earning through our Refer & Earn program. You will guide partners step-by-step—from onboarding to widget installation—while helping them understand how to maximize their earning potential. This role is critical in turning signups into fully activated, revenue-generating partners. What You’ll Do Conduct outbound outreach via calls and email s to introduce the referral program Clearly explain the earning potential and value proposition to business owners Drive partner sign-ups and widget placements Perform consistent and strategic follow-ups to maximize conversions Maintain accurate records of all outreach and progress in the CRM system How Success is Measured Your performance will be evaluated based on: Number of partners onboarded per week Activation rate (partners who successfully install the widget) Conversion rate from outreach to signup Ideal Candidate Profile We’re looking for someone who is: Sales-driven and persuasive, with the ability to sell opportunities—not just products Confident in explaining earning potential and ROI-based pitches Highly organized and consistent with follow-ups Energetic, engaging, and comfortable speaking with business owners Results-oriented and motivated by targets and incentives Fluent in English with clear and natural communication
