Customer Service / Sales Rep

Venture Beyond is a fast-growing US-based outdoor lifestyle brand, and we're hiring a driven Sales Rep to own the pipeline end-to-end, from first call to closed deal. This is a phone-first role for someone who actually likes talking to customers, chasing the follow-up, and turning "let me think about it" into a signed order. You'll be selling e-bikes, e-foils, golf carts, greenhouses and more to real buyers, shop owners, hobbyists, and businesses who need the right product and a little confidence to pull the trigger. If you follow up before you're reminded and treat every lead like it's yours to win, keep reading. Who succeeds here: Someone comfortable on the phone with clear, confident English who builds rapport fast, handles objections without folding, and closes. You don't need an outdoor lifestyle background; that can be taught. What can't be taught is hustle, follow-through, and the instinct to move a deal forward on your own. What you'll handle day to day Call and follow up with inbound leads until they close Send quotes, answer product questions, and steer customers to the right lift/equipment Handle objections and keep deals moving toward a signed order Follow up relentlessly — no lead goes cold on your watch Coordinate with operations on shipping, timelines, and fulfillment so orders actually stick Keep the pipeline clean and updated Flag issues early and solve what you can independently How to apply Send an email to ---------- with the subject line below and include: Resume — relevant experience in sales, customer support, or eCommerce Loom video (2–3 mins) — introduce yourself, your background, a hobby, and what you're working toward in the next few months.
