The selected candidate will represent the client as an extension of their internal team and deliver professional, friendly, and accurate customer interactions.

The client is a U.S.-based virtual assistant company that provides inbound call handling and appointment setting services.

They support home services businesses such as cleaning companies, electricians, plumbers, landscapers, and similar trades.

🎧 About the Role

The role focuses on managing inbound calls, answering customer inquiries, and scheduling appointments using client CRM and scheduling systems.

Full training is provided on call scripts, customer handling, and booking procedures.

📌 Key Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls from prospective customers in a professional and friendly manner

Represent the client as if working directly in their office

Use the client’s standard greeting and approved scripts

Accurately answer customer inquiries about services

Book appointments using the client’s CRM or scheduling platform

Take detailed call summary notes during each interaction

Record customer contact information, inquiry details, and relevant notes

Send complete and accurate call summaries to the client after each call

Send follow-up text messages or emails when required

Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail at all times

🕒 Work Schedule & Shift Assignment

Business operates 7 days per week based on client demand

Available shifts (all times in PST):

- 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM

- 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

- 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

- Rest days vary depending on client needs

Common rest day combinations include:

- Monday–Sunday

- Tuesday–Wednesday

- Thursday–Friday

Saturday–Sunday off is possible depending on client assignment

-
Final shift assignment is determined after the 2-week training period based on call volume and coverage requirements

- Flexibility with scheduling is required

🛠️ Qualifications & Skills

Internet speed of at least 40 Mbps with low latency

Computer with a minimum of 6 cores, 12 threads, and 8 GB RAM

- Reliable backup power source

Previous BPO or call center experience preferred

Ability to multitask while managing calls and documentation

Strong spoken and written English communication skills

Confidence communicating directly with U.S.-based clients

Excellent attention to detail with accurate data entry
