Customer Retention & Appointment Setter (Full-Time Virtual Assistant) About Us Hi! I'm Ray, owner of Ray's Window Washing in Orange County, California. ALSO IMPORTANT*** -- IDEALLY WOULD PREFER SOMEONE WHO IS NOT WORKING ANOTHER JOB AT THE SAME TIME OR OVERLAPPING HOURS. I would love to hire someone that is able to perform and deliver a required amount of outbound calls daily and able to track their results. About the Role Your primary responsibility is simple: **Help keep our schedule full by reconnecting with past customers and booking appointments.** This is NOT a general administrative assistant position. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys talking with people, building relationships, and helping customers schedule service. Daily Responsibilities * Call previous customers to schedule recurring window cleaning. * Send text messages and email s to customers. * Follow up on estimates that have not yet been booked. * Schedule appointments inside Housecall Pro CRM (training provided). * Update customer notes after every conversation. * Answer basic customer questions. * Communicate daily with our owner and team. Qualifications We're looking for someone who is: * Friendly and positive. * Excellent in spoken and written English. (Please do not apply if you don't have a good American accent) * Comfortable making outbound phone calls. * Organized and detail-oriented. * Reliable and self-motivated. * Comfortable learning new software. Bonus Experience * Appointment setting. * Customer service. * Sales * CRM software. * Housecall Pro, Jobber, or ServiceTitan. * Experience with home service ## Compensation * Full-time (40 hours/week). * Starting pay: $6+ USD/hour depending on experience. * Performance bonuses based on appointments booked and company growth. * Paid training.
