Cupid Principal Trainer

Prominence Advisors is actively seeking an Epic Principal Trainer to join their team. You'll have the opportunity to help healthcare organizations solve their toughest challenges through your ability to drive strategic process improvement, manage complex projects, and solve difficult problems. Requirements
Certifications
- Active Epic Cupid certification

Experience
- 3–5 years of relevant Epic training experience preferred
- Experience developing and supporting training materials
- Experience facilitating in-person classroom training
- Experience troubleshooting training and workflow issues
- Experience collaborating with application teams and end users
- Experience supporting clinical application design, implementation, testing, user support, and training
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare information technology, computer science, or a related field—or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and support Epic Cupid training materials
- Troubleshoot training, system, and workflow-related issues
- Collaborate closely with application teams, operational stakeholders, and end users
- Facilitate onsite classroom training, particularly as training activities increase closer to go-live
