CSV - Infra Hardware Engineer ABV - SG

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled DeltaV CSV Infrastructure Engineer with proven expertise in DeltaV DCS, Batch (ISA-88), and Computerized System Validation (CSV) . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commissioning, automation, IT/OT convergence, and secure infrastructure design, ensuring compliance with GMP and FDA 21 CFR Part 11 standards. This role involves delivering validated automation solutions across Life Sciences, Oil & Gas, and Chemical industries.
Key Responsibilities

- Lead CSV activities for DeltaV infrastructure projects, including validation planning, IQ/OQ execution, traceability, and documentation .

- Design and implement DeltaV Batch systems with ISA-88 compliant recipe structures (phases, equipment modules, control modules).

- Manage system architecture from virtualization (Hyper-V, HCI) to field instrumentation, ensuring high availability and secure operations.

- Execute full project lifecycle: design, configuration, FAT, SAT, commissioning, and plant start-up .

- Implement and maintain cybersecurity controls (domain setup, secure access, patching, system hardening).

- Troubleshoot complex automation issues across field, control, and DCS layers .

- Ensure GMP and FDA 21 CFR Part 11 compliance for validated systems and data integrity.

- Collaborate with vendors, engineering teams, and clients to deliver validated automation solutions.

- Prepare and maintain validation records, engineering documentation, and compliance reports .

- Provide preventive and corrective maintenance with structured service reporting.

Required Skills & Certifications

Emerson DeltaV Certifications : Batch Configuration, Continuous Configuration, SIS Service, Upgrade, Cybersecurity Assessment.

- Strong knowledge of CSV methodologies and regulatory compliance (GAMP, GMP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11).

- Expertise in DeltaV DCS, Batch, SCADA, PLCs (Modicon, ABB 800xA) , and industrial communication protocols (OPC, Modbus, Fieldbus, Ethernet).

- Hands-on experience with virtualization platforms (Hyper-V, Dell VRTX, HCI).

- Familiarity with AMS Device Manager, PI Systems, and SCADA integration .

- Offshore BOSIET certified; RA & WL (PTW Level 2) certified for site leadership and risk assessment.

- Mandatory Experience on Kneat Software
