Croatian Customer Service Agent - Relocation to Greece

Role Overview

We are looking for Croatian-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our international team in Greece. You will be assisting customers of leading global brands, providing excellent service through phone, chat, and email all while working remotely from Greece.
What You Will Do

Provide high-quality customer service in Croatian via phone, chat, and email. Respond to inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Native or fluent Croatian speaker (C1 level minimum). Good level of English (B2 or higher). Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
