Credit Repair Specialist/Lead generation/social media

We are looking for an **experienced Credit Repair Specialist / Virtual Assistant** to help build and manage a growing U.S.-based credit repair business from the ground up. **This is NOT an entry-level position.** I am looking for someone who already understands the full credit repair process, can work independently, is fluent in English, and can show proven experience/results. The right person will be able to help establish strong systems for the business while also managing day-to-day credit repair operations and helping grow our social media presence and generate new leads. ## Credit Repair Responsibilities You must be knowledgeable and experienced in the **full credit repair client lifecycle**, including: - Client onboarding and intake - Reviewing and analyzing all 3 credit reports - Identifying inaccurate, unverifiable, outdated, or questionable negative items - Creating customized dispute letters - Sending and tracking dispute letters - Managing multiple dispute rounds - Tracking bureau and creditor responses - Updating client files and progress - Maintaining detailed client notes and records - Knowing when and how to escalate disputes when appropriate - Assisting with CFPB, FTC, BBB, or other applicable complaint processes - Understanding U.S. credit bureaus: Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion - Understanding credit repair compliance and proper documentation - Working with credit repair software such as Credit Repair Cloud, DisputeFox, Client Dispute Manager, or similar platforms - Helping create efficient systems, SOPs, templates, and workflows as the company grows ## Social Media & Lead Generation Responsibilities I also need someone who can help grow the business online, including: - Managing Instagram, Facebook , TikTok, and/or other social platforms - Creating and scheduling posts - Posting credit education, client results, promotions, testimonials, and engaging content - Writing captions and calls-to-action - Responding to comments and messages when needed - Growing followers and engagement organically - Generating qualified leads for credit repair and related services - Helping create lead-generation strategies - Tracking which content and marketing efforts are producing leads - Suggesting new ways to attract potential clients - Helping maintain a consistent professional brand online Experience growing a **credit repair, finance, real estate, funding, or similar service-based business** is highly preferred. ## Requirements You MUST: - Have previous professional credit repair experience - Be fluent in written and spoken English - Be able to communicate professionally with U.S.-based clients - Understand the credit repair process without needing basic trainingCredit Repair Specialist & Social Media VA We will start at $5/hr with 10 hrs per week and will definitely size up after trial period is over as well as increase pay once leads are generated. — Please Answer ALL Questions **Applications that do not answer these questions will not be considered.** 1. Have you handled CFPB complaints, FTC Identity Theft Reports, BBB complaints, creditor disputes, or other escalations? Please explain.What is the best credit score improvement or deletion result you have achieved for a previous client? 7. Please provide **proof of results or examples of previous work**. You may remove or cover the client's personal identifying information.What steps do you take to protect sensitive client information such as Social Security numbers, IDs, addresses, and credit reports?
