Creator & Salon Outreach Specialist – Hair Loss Brand We are looking for a highly proactive Creator & Salon Outreach Specialist to join our ecommerce brand, Hairfillup. Your main responsibility will be to find and contact people, creators, barbers, hair salons and other relevant partners who can create authentic content using our product. Hairfillup is a hair concealer designed for people experiencing thinning hair and hair loss, so you must be comfortable reaching out to people within this space in a respectful and natural way. What You Will Do * Find and reach out to people experiencing hair loss or thinning hair who could be a good fit for Hairfillup. * Contact creators through Facebook , Instagram, TikTok and other platforms. * Find barbershops, hair salons, hairstylists and other professionals who can test Hairfillup on real clients. * Build relationships with salons and creators who can regularly provide us with before/after photos, demonstration videos and UGC. * Negotiate collaborations and content agreements. * Help secure permission for us to use creator content in paid advertising. * Help arrange partnership/whitelisting advertising where we can run ads through approved creator profiles when appropriate. * Follow up constantly. We do not want someone who sends one message and gives up. * Keep track of everyone contacted, replies, negotiations, content received and active collaborations. * Occasionally speak directly to camera yourself when needed. Who We Are Looking For You must: * Speak and write excellent English. * Be confident speaking to people and building relationships. * Be comfortable speaking naturally on camera. * Understand social media, especially Facebook , Instagram and TikTok. * Be very good at outreach and follow-ups. * Be resourceful and able to find potential creators and salons without being given a list. * Understand how to communicate with people dealing with hair loss without sounding insensitive or overly salesy. * Be organized and able to manage many conversations at the same time. * Be persistent. A large part of this job is following up until we get an answer. Experience with UGC, influencer outreach, ecommerce, creator partnerships, Facebook partnership ads or ---------- marketing is a major advantage. Important We are NOT looking for someone who simply copies and pastes the same message to hundreds of people. We want someone who can look at a person, creator or salon, understand what would make them interested, and approach them in the right way. Your goal is to consistently bring Hairfillup: * New creators * New salon/barbershop partnerships * Authentic before/after content * Product demonstration videos * Long-term content partners * Creators we can potentially run paid ads with How to Apply Please send us: 1.
