Creative Strategist
This is a remote position.
We’re a fast-growing $20 M/year health and wellness brand looking to develop a bench of smart, hungry creatives who can crank out high-impact ad concepts and short-form copy. If you’ve got solid fundamentals, an eye for what converts, and you love turning ideas into thumb-stopping creative, we’ll give you the systems, mentorship, and runway to level up quickly.
What You’ll Do

Concept & Copy: Generate punchy headlines, hooks, and 1-2 minute ad scripts for Facebook, TikTok and YouTube.

Creative Strategy: Deconstruct winning ads (our own + market leaders) and pitch fresh angles, formats, and storyboards.

Research & Swipe-Building: Maintain a living swipe file of best-in-class health ads, landing pages, and content trends.

Iterate & Test: Turn performance data into rapid creative tweaks—new hooks, lead lines, CTAs, offers.

Cross-Team Collab: Work closely with media buyers, designers, and senior copywriters to ship 10+ new ads per week.

Nice-to-Have Skills
- Ad spy tools (AdLibrary, Foreplay, Minea etc.)
- Familiarity with VSL/VLR, RMBC, or other direct-response frameworks
- Personal interest in health, wellness, or supplements
- Bonus points for including your favorite color somewhere in the application
