Title: Independent Contractor – CPT-11119 Outbound Sales Development Representative (AEC & Energy Focus)/Business Support VA/Junior-Senior Level (Remote).

Overview

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

The company is seeking a highly experienced Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support B2B cold outreach and appointment setting for Creative ITC, an IT consulting and infrastructure services firm expanding across Texas and the broader U.S. market.

This is a light-hour but high-impact sales role focused on opening doors with senior IT and operations leaders in the Architecture, Engineering, Construction (AEC), and Energy sectors. The primary objective is to generate qualified discovery meetings with decision-makers for the business owner.

This is not a transactional sales role. The focus is on relationship-building, executive engagement, and booking high-quality conversations. The VA must be confident speaking with senior-level professionals and comfortable navigating complex B2B conversations.

The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.

Scope of Services

Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:

1. Executive Cold Calling & Prospecting

- Conduct outbound cold calls to a curated list of senior-level IT and operations contacts provided by the client.

- Use the provided script as a baseline while adapting naturally to conversation flow.

- Engage CTOs, CIOs, IT Directors, VPs of IT, and Operations Leaders across the AEC and Energy industries.

- Open conversations professionally and confidently to secure discovery meetings.

- Maintain awareness of different U.S. time zones (Pacific, Central, Eastern) and adjust outreach timing accordingly.

2. Appointment Setting & Meeting Booking

- Book qualified discovery meetings directly with the business owner.

- Confirm meeting details live during the call when possible.

- Clearly identify and document the reason the prospect agreed to meet.

- Ensure all scheduled meetings are properly confirmed and accurate.

3. Meeting Confirmation & Follow-Up

- Reconfirm all booked meetings the day before scheduled appointments.

- Ensure prospects remain engaged and aware of meeting expectations.

- Maintain professional follow-up communication where needed to reduce no-shows.

4. Call Logging & Reporting

- Record a concise one-line summary per contact in a shared tracking sheet (no CRM required).

- Document call outcomes, notes, and key insights clearly and consistently.

- Provide structured visibility into daily and weekly calling activity.

5. Weekly Feedback & Market Intelligence: Provide a short weekly recap outlining:

- What messaging is working

- Common objections or patterns from prospects

- Insights from conversations with IT leaders

- Suggestions to improve outreach effectiveness
