With a strong footprint across Africa and Asia, it specializes in 2-wheelers, 3-wheelers, tires, batteries, and related products. Its distribution network currently exportsto 12 countries in Africa and Asia

Job Overview
We are seeking a Country Head to lead and expand our 3-wheeler business operations across Ghana . This is a strategic leadership role that requires an entrepreneurial mindset, deep industry knowledge, and strong business development capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and appoint a local business partner for 3-wheeler operations in Ghana.

- Lead and support the partner in setting up and expanding the 3-wheeler distribution network.

- Drive market penetration and brand visibility across key regions.

- Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategy accordingly.

- Collaborate with internal teams (supply chain, finance, marketing) to ensure smooth execution.

- Ensure compliance with local and international trade and business regulations.

Requirements

Required Experience & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s in Business Administration or related field (Master’s in Marketing preferred).

- Minimum 12 years of experience in Sales / Business Development in the 3-wheeler industry .

- Proven leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

- Ability to work independently under pressure and deliver targets.

- Multilingual skills and cultural adaptability are a strong plus.
