Copywriter / Ghostwriter (Email + Content)

Ideally one email , one long-form piece, and one social post or thread - Your expected hourly rate - Your available hours in US Eastern Time - Any experience with Klaviyo or other email platforms INTRODUCTION: We are a US-based direct-to-consumer supplement brand looking for a Copywriter and Ghostwriter to own everything we write. Email /SMS is the most important thing we do. Beyond that, we are expanding into written content across LinkedIn, Substack, X, Threads, and our blog. You will be writing for American dads like a real person, not like marketing or ChatGPT. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Writing and sending all email and SMS campaigns in Klaviyo, several per week - Building and improving Klaviyo flows: welcome series, abandoned cart and checkout, post-purchase, winback, and replenishment - Writing long-form content for our blog and Substack - Writing posts and threads for LinkedIn, X, and Threads, including ghostwritten posts in our founder's voice - Writing carousel copy for LinkedIn and Instagram - Turning one idea into many formats. A single piece of research should become an email , a thread, a carousel, and a blog post - Holding a consistent publishing calendar across every channel without being chased - Reporting weekly on what performed: open rates, click rates, engagement, and revenue driven by email QUALIFICATIONS: - Outstanding written English. This is the single most important requirement. You are writing to American readers every day in a casual, natural voice, and anything that reads translated or generic will not work - A real portfolio of published writing you did yourself - Hands-on Klaviyo experience, or clear experience with a comparable email platform and the ability to learn Klaviyo quickly - Comfortable across formats: short punchy social copy, long-form articles, and direct-response email - You use AI tools to work faster, but you edit everything so it does not sound like AI wrote it - Organized and reliable, able to hold a publishing calendar independently - Interested in health, fitness, nutrition, or parenting content - Able to work with meaningful overlap with US Eastern Time - Reliable internet and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision IMPORTANT: Applications must include a Loom video, writing samples, and be sent by email to ---------- missing any of these will not be considered.
