About Marco : Marco connects the top 1% of global professionals with ambitious, fast-growing companies. We believe the future of work is borderless—and that exceptional people come from anywhere.
The Role & Our Client:

Our client is a leading seller of commercial drones and UAV solutions to industry leaders across security, infrastructure, construction, mining, agriculture and more.

They are hiring a Content Marketing Manager to fully lead the content strategy, production, distribution, and performance across the entire customer lifecycle—from first touch to conversion and long-term retention.
This is not a “blog manager” role.

This role is for someone who treats content as a revenue-driving system , not a creative side project. You will be responsible for ensuring content directly contributes to conversions, pipeline, post-sale adoption, and brand authority in the enterprise drone and security solutions market .

We strongly believe deep familiarity with drones/UAS or adjacent technical markets is critical to succeeding in this role. This is complex, high-consideration buying—not generic content marketing.
Responsibilities - What You’ll Do:

-
Own conversion rate optimization for all content assets, analyzing performance and iterating to improve funnel progression from awareness to purchase.

-
Build and manage the company-wide content production calendar, coordinating writers, designers, videographers, and external partners to deliver consistent, high-quality output across channels.

-
Lead content distribution strategy across owned (website, blog), earned (PR, social shares), and paid (social ads, sponsored posts) channels to maximize reach and engagement.

-
Oversee email marketing programs, including nurture sequences, newsletters, product announcements, and post-sale campaigns to drive repeat business and upsell opportunities.

-
Define and evolve brand positioning through messaging guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identity to differentiate DSLRPros in the competitive UAS/security space.

-
Drive keyword optimization across all content, collaborating with SEO team to improve organic search rankings and visibility for high-intent terms.

-
Develop and execute pre-sale content (top/middle-funnel) to generate leads and educate prospects, as well as post-sale content (guides, tutorials, case studies) to drive adoption, retention, and advocacy.

-
Track organic conversions (e.g., demo requests, quote submissions, purchases) from content efforts, attributing revenue impact and optimizing for ROI.

-
Manage content analytics and reporting, delivering monthly dashboards on traffic, engagement, conversions, and revenue contribution to leadership.

-
Identify opportunities for AI-assisted content creation, personalization, and automation to scale production and improve efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

-
Relevant experience in content marketing, digital media, or journalism, with 3-5 years required; a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred but not required.

-
Experience in the drone/UAS or education-focused content creation. - we would really like someone with knowledge of the space. We think it will be hard to be successful in the role without it.

-
Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., Shopify, WordPress), project management tools (e.g., Asana), and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).

-
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage teams and cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.

Details:

-
Work Location: Remote

-
Work Timezone: U.S. (PST)

-
Compensation: $2,400-$3,000/month USD

-
Supportive leadership team and growth-oriented culture
