This is a senior-level position for a professional who thinks beyond individual articles and sees the bigger picture: how to build a content engine that drives business results. We are looking for an intelligent, self-motivated, and deeply curious individual who takes pride in their work. The ideal candidate is a hybrid of a sharp editor, a systems thinker, and a modern marketer. You must have a broad understanding of the global business environment, be comfortable with the intricacies of technical marketing, and be an expert in leveraging AI tools to enhance research and production. #### What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities): - Develop and execute sophisticated, multi-channel content strategies for a diverse portfolio of B2B clients. - Manage the end-to-end content production workflow at scale, from ideation and research to writing, editing, and distribution. - Lead and mentor a team of content creators, setting the standard for quality, tone, and strategic alignment. - Conduct and oversee deep research on complex topics, including global business trends, finance, and technical marketing. - Design and implement effective AI-powered workflows to scale content creation, optimize for SEO, and generate insights. - Ensure all content is technically sound, aligns with client-specific marketing funnels, and meets a high standard of quality. - Analyze content performance and client feedback to continuously refine and improve our strategy. #### Who You Are (Our Ideal Candidate): You are a confident, intelligent, and self-motivated professional who possesses a deep curiosity for business, technology, and the craft of writing. Must-Haves: - 2+ years of experience in a senior content role (e.g., Content Manager, Head of Content, Senior Editor), preferably in a B2B or agency environment. - A strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to write, edit, and strategize for complex business topics. - Demonstrable experience managing content production at scale. - Deep understanding of technical marketing concepts, including SEO, lead generation funnels, and content distribution. - Expertise in using and implementing AI tools (like advanced prompting) for content research, ideation, and production. - A broad understanding of the global business environment.
