$1,300–$2,000+ USD/month, depending on experience, skill, and demonstrated results Plus performance bonuses for measurable business growth I’m an entrepreneur with two businesses, and I’m looking for an experienced Content Growth & Conversion Manager who can create exceptional content, grow an audience, and turn that attention into leads and revenue. This is not a basic social media posting position. I’m looking for someone who is creative, experienced, proactive, and knows how to take ideas and turn them into content people actually want to watch, share, save, and respond to. What You’ll Do 1. Create Exceptional Content You’ll take my stories, ideas, photos, videos, coaching calls, podcasts, voice notes, properties, and other raw material and turn them into excellent reels and other social media content. Sometimes I’ll give you the idea. Sometimes you’ll need to recognize the great content hiding inside something I’ve already created. I don’t want to storyboard every reel or tell you exactly what to post. I want you bringing ideas to me. You should understand great hooks, storytelling, editing, pacing, retention, and what makes people stop scrolling. 2. Create Content With AI Some of my best ideas haven’t been filmed. You need hands-on experience using AI video tools such as HeyGen, Higgsfield, Runway, Kling, Veo, or similar tools to turn creative concepts into polished, engaging content. I don’t care which AI tools you prefer. I care about what you can create with them. You should be able to take an idea and figure out how to make it happen without requiring actors, a videographer, or a traditional video shoot every time. The finished product should look intentional, entertaining, and polished, not like generic AI content. If you haven’t personally created high-quality AI video content yet, this isn’t the right position. 3. Turn Content Into Growth And Revenue Great content isn’t enough. I want it to grow both businesses. You should understand how to move people from: Content ? Audience ? Leads ? Funnel ? Customers ? Revenue That includes calls to action, email marketing, landing pages, funnels, offers, bookings, sales, and understanding which content is actually producing business results. You’ll also handle the implementation that supports the strategy, including social media posting, email campaigns, website updates, and funnels. Who I’m Looking For I want someone who thinks, not someone who simply waits for instructions. You should be creative, proactive, resourceful, commercially minded, and comfortable taking ownership. If something isn’t working, I want you to notice. If you see an opportunity, I want you to bring it to me. If you have a great content idea, I want you to run with it.
