COMMUNITY GROWTH & CONVERSION MANAGER

Position Purpose We are not looking for a traditional social media manager. We are looking for someone who understands that community is part of the revenue ecosystem. The Community Growth & Conversion Manager is responsible for strategically moving people through this journey: ENGAGEMENT ? TRUST ? INTEREST ? LEAD ? OFFER ? CONVERSION This person must know how to build relationships, identify buying signals, start meaningful conversations, activate offers, re-engage inactive members, and convert community activity into measurable business opportunities. The goal is not simply to keep our communities active. The goal is to make sure our communities are engaged, nurtured, strategically activated, and producing measurable revenue opportunities.
